Warranty Period

All laptops come with either a 3-month or 6-month warranty, depending on the device. The warranty period is clearly stated on each product page.

Your warranty begins from the day your laptop is delivered.

Return Window

Changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to return your laptop for a full refund, no questions asked.

The laptop must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.

  • Hardware failures (motherboard, RAM, storage)
  • Screen issues (dead pixels, display problems)
  • Keyboard and trackpad malfunctions
  • Battery not holding charge
  • Port failures (USB, HDMI, charging)
  • Software issues related to our installation

Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, spills, cracks)
  • Damage from misuse or neglect
  • Lost or stolen devices
  • Software issues from third-party installations
  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs
